How we Work with You

The diagram above indicates the flow of getting your concept to design and finally to live website

1. Initial Needs Analysis

From our initial contact we ask for some information (via our feedback form or from a face to face meeting). This is just beginning of the information gathering process .

2. Initial Proposal

TAHA will use this feedback to produce a mock graphic and give you an idea of what we believe it will tale to complete your project.
*note: In the case of changes to the project outside of agreements we reserve the right to re quote the project or add pricing elements to the final cost.

If you decide to work with us we ask that you sign a “commitment to work” letter which ensures your commitment to the planning process and allows us to proceed compiling information and resources the next phase. (A small cancellation fee is also attached to this letter).

3. Functionality & Content Planning

During this phase work with us to determine your web sites goals and address potential challenges.
We provide a “Web Planning Worksheet” that is designed to be framework for dialog on appropriate ideas & guidance between our clients and TAHA.
From this process we aim to produce a “Website Design Plan” that will be used as basis of the project in the design. This document can be usually be finalized within 2-3 iterations of the worksheet depending on the complexity of the project.

4. Finalize Plan and Sign Off

When the final “Website Design Plan” is agreed upon we ask you sign it a provide copies for your reference and TAHA Solutions.
Next step is sign off a “Web Design Contract”. This document describes various terms and conditions agreed to move project to the design phase. At this stage 50% of the agreed fee is also required to continue.

5. Build and Test

Lets us loose to build Functionality & implement Content. Using the “Website Design Plan” we design and content with an agreed number of feedback loops as defined by the plan and “Web design Contract”. (For simple web sites this is typically 2-3 week period including testing)

6. Quality Assurance and Delivery

Review and Approve your website , give us detaisl of how the site wil, administered and how it will be deilivered to you.

Finally we ask you to sign off for the delivery form & a copyright release of the final design. At this stage the transfer of any remaining fees is due after which TAHA Solutions will release files and other content as per agreements.
You are now ready to Go Live!
